Shipping policy

At Mood Indigo Prints, we offer high-quality premium posters and digital downloadable products. We strive to meet the needs of our customers; however, if you have an issue with any of our products or services, in the first instance, please contact moodindigostyling@gmail.com to receive assistance.

If there's any issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving it. As our prints are custom-made, we can't accept returns or provide refunds if you change your mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help. Please send us a photo of the damaged goods, and we'll happily send you a replacement at no extra charge.

We do not offer a refund for digital downloads after the items have been downloaded. If you cannot open or use a downloaded file, please contact us to receive assistance.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, please contact us and we will do our best to address your concerns.
