What is the difference between a digital download and a physical print?

Digital Download

  • You receive a high-resolution file in the most common ratios. 
  • No physical item is shipped.
  • You can print it yourself at home, through a local print shop, or online printer.
  • Available instantly after purchase (or via email).

Physical Print

  • A professionally printed artwork shipped to your address.
  • Printed on premium matte paper (200gsm)
  • Ready to frame

What sizes are available?

Digital downloads typically include multiple size ratios so you can print in different standard frame sizes.
Physical prints are available in selected standard sizes (A4, A3, A2, A1).

If you need a custom size, please get in touch — we’re happy to help where possible.

What paper do you use for physical prints?

We use high-quality, premium art paper (200gsm) designed to produce rich colour, sharp detail, and long-lasting results.

Shipping & Delivery

What is the delivery fee?

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • We offer free shipping on orders $50 and over Australia-wide
  • Digital downloads do not incur a delivery fee.

We currently deliver Australia-wide.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer returns?

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our prints, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.

Digital Download Questions

How do I print my digital download?

For optimal quality, print on premium paper or white cardstock (150–250gsm), matte or semi-gloss.

Select “Actual Size” or 100% scale when printing.

Use a professional print shop for larger sizes.

Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and printer settings.

Can I use the digital file for commercial purposes?

All artwork purchased from Mood Indigo Prints is for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Resell the file
  • Share the file
  • Use it for commercial purposes
  • Modify it for resale
